Dan and Phil, a youtube duo, who have been in the people’s eye since 2009. For many years their fans (phannies/phandom) shipped them to the point where people who were not in the phandom knew about the ship. The duo did not come out as gay until 2019 (in separate videos). After a five year hiatus (2018-2023), Dan and Phil returned on their joint channel danandphilgames.
I have been watching Dan and Phil since 2016, marking 10 years. During this time I have consumed so much of their content, bought so much merch, and grown with them. I have had the privilege of seeing them at Interactive Introverts, We're All Doomed, and Terrible Influence Tour. I got to meet them at We're All Doomed and Terrible Influence Tour. I will also be meeting them again at the Hard Launch Tour.
