Tasting History with Max Miller is a youtube channel where Max will create a weekly video making historical recipes. Max started the channel during the pandemic and continued the channel full-time as it was doing very well. He features recipes from all throughout history, from Ötzi the iceman to the Titanic. He has also published a cookbook, with another in production.

me & tasting history

I am such a huge history lover, especially learning about random niche history, and this fills that void. It is also kinda funny that I love this channel so much because I have ARFID and would never eat 99.9% of this food but it is so fun to watch because I enjoy seeing him enjoy the food he makes (most of the time).
